Let me first say that absolutely under no circumstances should you engage with this company. They are way too busy, I have way too many customers and really could care less about customers. I was a part of the Comfort Club. One of my bad experiences is that they scheduled to come to my house between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. at 1:30 p.m., I called the office to find out where they were.
