from start to finish, comfort finish carpet service was fantastic. customer service was really great. troy did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. he got out stains that other carpet cleaners said couldn't be removed. he really saved us from having to replace the whole carpet upstairs. honestly, i'm not sure how he did it, but it was like magic. i highly recommend this service and will use them for all my future carpet cleaning needs.

Troy was our carpet technician and did a friendly, professional job. Our older berber carpets now smell fresh and look much cleaner. The stairs were especially dirty before, but now they look much fresher too. Be careful not to spill anything like Pepto Bismol under the bed, as it can stain the carpet.
