Unprofessional drove over 2 hours called said was running a little late and had no knowledge of what I even needed done and hung up on me . Very unprofessional
We came from western Massachusetts for my family members second visit . We got caught in traffic and told them two times that we would be running late due to traffic. We kept them updated . Not once did they tell us to not come. We got there and they did not want to do dental work. Said it would take an hour for one filling. Refused needed dental work. I hated the dentist. Till i came to comfort dentist you all. Are so nice and kind and very outgoing. And understanding. If i had a dentist. Office like this growing up. Then i dont think i would be as much afraid. Of the dentist. Thank you so very much for all the work you have done and being kind
