Wackford dental is by far the best dental facility I have visited. They accommodated me without an appointment and ALL the staff are friendly and extremely professional. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Dr. Salem and his team are some of the best humans I have met in a clinical setting. They answered questions thoroughly, were patient and took their time. I am grateful to the entire team for taking care of me and they literally got to the root of my pain. My family and I have a new Dental home!
Was glad to get everything taken care of at once. That makes for a long appointment but they took care of all the work in one trip. Thats great for me.
Professional, minimal waiting, Dina did a fantastic job working on my cleaning and removing any stains. The dentist did not come around to see me face to face and talked to me from my back side, and did not show me my Xrays when he talked to me about the work I needed done.
I like how you don't have to fil any papers out. everything is done online. Wonderful! The process was easy, smooth, kids got in and out. Nice space size, was not cramped. Love the hours after 5 pm for those that don't like taking off time from work. Definitely going back!
As always, great service, attention to detail, and open on Saturdays!
I do not like going to the dentist. My fear probably stems from some not quite suppressed memories caused by a childhood tooth extraction. My mom promised me a Barbie doll afterwards. Yeah, like that ever happened. These guys are gentle, humorous, and smart! Their staff is top notch. The office is clean, calm, and efficiently run. Best dentists ever!
Dina did a great job cleaning my teeth today. They feel smooth and ready to chop down a big steak. Thanks chuck
I was pleased with my visit. The staff were knowledgeable, very welcoming, and friendly. There was a young man who was in training. His need to be shown what to do broke up the continuity of the visit but working in a teaching hospital environment I understand the need for the training and the long term benefits.
I have been to many different dentists in elk grove, and I had a wonderful experience at wackford dental!
