Extremely disappointed in our quote and service. We are attempting to replace our AC unit that unfortunately broke while trying to sell our home after moving (it was 21 years old and definitely time for a new one). They gave us a 4 hour window from 12-4pm. We gave them our garage code in case we were unable to make it. The technician called us to state that we had a “rancid, disgusting smell” in our whole home and needed to get our AC changed out immediately, making the situation appear worse than it actually was.
