Honest service. We cannot comment on their actual service yet, but can comment on their honesty. We called Comfort Control Air to re-insulate our AC ducts in the attic. Cory came and looked at them and told us it was not needed, that there was still sufficient insulation around the ducts. We were prepared to pay for the service and estimate and he would not take any payment. Comfort Control Air is our AC service provider from now on.
We had a no cool situation on Saturday night. Victor arrived Sunday morning, thoroughly diagnosed the problem and determined the blower motor (which was under a manufacturer's parts warranty) needed to be replaced. The part was ordered, arrived on Monday and Victor returned to install the new motor and get our system running again. While we ended up with two full days of no AC - the Comfort Control team worked as quickly as possible to get us back in business.
Victor was wonderful. He explained all the maintenance suggested for our unit and additional ways to keep our unit functioning efficiently for years to come.
Great service
We were having several issues with our HVAC system and Comfort Control helped us determine the causes and resolve the problems. They were quick to respond and very efficient. A special shout-out to Victor who came out to our home and worked quickly and efficient and was very diligent in resolving the issues. Victor went above and beyond to restore our HVAC system to its full capability!! Thank you Comfort Control and Victor!!
