Ordered two pairs of shoes that their website showed as in-stock in my size. Order was cancelled. No communication. No apology. Just a form email "Your order has been refunded. It may take ten days for your money to be returned". Edit: the merchant's reply below IS correct about the timing - order was cancelled same say so I've edited that. I tried to buy two pairs of Biotime slippers at several sites. The ones I wanted were either out of stock in my size or my color. This store had two in my size in suitable colors. I have worn Biotime slippers for 8 years. They are just the best.Service from this store is just great.
