I ordered a pair of Drew boots from this shop recently. Drew is an orthopedic brand that can be difficult to find in-store in Canada. Once I received shipment notification I checked the parcel tracking to find the boots I had ordered were coming in directly from the manufacturer in the US. There were no surprise fees for this on delivery (no duty or additional tax). Great service, no problems encountered and I am very pleased with the boots. Thank you.

Ordered two pairs of shoes that their website showed as in-stock in my size. Order was cancelled. No communication. No apology. Just a form email "Your order has been refunded. It may take ten days for your money to be returned". Edit: the merchant's reply below IS correct about the timing - order was cancelled same say so I've edited that.
