I had the worst experience ever this company unprofessional spend there time talking about family members . Badly treated my father was able to take some steps to now he’ can’t get out the bed . I would email no one would respond to my email . My father care was ignored I am very concerned. It is very unprofessional to speak on family issues to nurses in the facility. My mother passed away 3 days ago. Comfort Choice was her at home hospice provider for several months. Harout, Jennifer and Stephanie were all terrific. They were accessible at all hours and took the best care we could ask for. They enabled us to keep my mother in her home till the end which is exactly what she wanted. I recommend them highly. Thank you Harout especially.
My 96yo mother passed away 9 days ago of cancer. The team at Comfort Choice led by Stephanie was amazing. Stephanie has knowledge, experience and compassion without being condescending, only professional and personal at the same time. Stephanie, Pastor Earl, Joanny, and Desiree became family for the time left in my mothers life. She (and entire family) felt secure and safe. I cannot recommend them more highly. Oh and Dr P was a gem and so attentive, engaged and quick to respond to all dosage requests from Stephanie.
I would give 10 stars if I could. Wonderful, wonderful care -- professional, empathetic, knowledgable. Death is hard. All three women who came to be with my mom (and Dad!) in her last days were spectacular -- Joanny, Desiree, Stephanie (case manager), and PAMELA (the RN) who has been there for my mom and dad on this journey for years. We are grateful to all of them!
A wonderful nurse named Joanny took care of my grandma in her last hours — she was kind, empathetic, and knew her stuff (both caring for my grandma and dictating what she was doing every step of the way). She also had great nurses named Desiree and Pamela earlier in the process. Thanks to everyone who made this easier on us.
