Dr. Shambeau is a nice person. He was very kind and explained possible treatment plans. He was very professional during my visit. The staff were also nice to me. That is what is very important for patients. To make us feel wanted and ease our anxieties. I have a phobia about going to the Dentist. But being there made me feel better. Just wanted to say thank you for the "team" at Schambeau. My entire family has been with them for almost 15 years now! They never rush our time we are there, explain thoroughly what they are doing or going to do. They answer all questions and concerns and do not push us into any unneceesary treatments. We have great trust in them. Very welcoming office/personnel staff!!!
I have always feared going to the dental and my experience there was the best ever. Everyone was friendly, my insurance and payment info was broken down to me in a way that I will understand, and I felt no pain!!!
I called to see if they were taking new patients and if my insurance was in network. Rhonda was awesomely helpful and sweet. She took the time necessary to answer All my questions and scheduled the appt as soon as possible according to my schedule. Allison cleaned my son's teeth abs was very caring. Dr Shambeau came in to check Grayson avd was very kind and informative as well. Overall Great experience!
This is the 2nd time I've been to the office. The customer service is always superb! The office staff from the front desk to the dental professional were very knowledgeable and courteous.
It was a great experience.There was no pain in the cleaning.
Dr. Schambeau and his staff make a dental visit as pleasant as one can be! We have had great experiences ever since we found them after our move to Birmingham!
