I’ve had good service by comfort by nature. I notice the bad reviews are very old. I e bad technician can ruin it for a company. I’ve never had an issue and liked the experience I’ve had. We have rentals with a boiler 2 furnaces and 1 AC. All good experiences with their services.
Amazing! Jeff and his team at Comfort by Nature were simply awesome to work with! They gave me great information and went above and beyond by installing the complete Mini-split system in my home on the weekend ahead of schedule. The new AC system they installed works even better than expected, and my family and I are 100% thrilled with it. Their information, experience and prompt service was outstanding. I completely recommend them.

***Reduced from 5 to 2 stars*** I cannot say enough about this operation. I had my HVAC system replaced at an excellent price with superior customer service and maintenance. I've referred them to many other by word of mouth and will continue to do so! ***UPDATE*** We've experienced problem after problem since our initial installation, including the main dual stage motor failing twice, an improperly installed pvc fitting, and two AC leaks.
