Rona Susi the HR Supervisor was very helpful and nice with my tapcheck concerns. I'm glad I was able to get into my account!
The caregivers have always arrived on time and been friendly and helpful (except for one really icy day when several caregivers had trouble getting to work). The company tries to send the same people each time so that they get to know us. Rona Susi has been very good to work with on the billing end, sending us all the info we need for the LTC reimbursements.
