BEWARE!!!! If you want care providers to show up for your loved ones, pick a different organization. We had doctor's orders to arrange care for my loved one and the nurse did not show up. Did not call and although we had ordered things as private pay they on their own decided to bill it through her insurance and further delayed her care. My loved one has an active cellulitis infection and is an at risk adult. They only had excuses and no solutions. Super people to work with! The caregivers are friendly & truly care about what they do. The office staff is helpful & do all they can to help answer calls , questions & resolve issues quickly.
Its incredible hard to find a front office team has wonderful and helpful as these ladies. They will 100% find a way to connect you with the right person if its out of their scope of expertise.
I just recently quit at comforcare and I want to highlight a few good and a few bad things. One pro I have: The communication line was mostly good and open, with the ability to communicate with the office very easy with multiple different ways. However, a con with that as well, is the lack of empathy that many of those in the office have.
