Great rental company! I have rented with Comet Realty for the past six years. I have always had a good experience. Hayley has been amazing and helpful throughout my tenancy. Maintainence is prompt and the company truly cares for its tenants. Their properties are beautiful, well kept, and affordable. I would 100% consider renting through Comet as they are community based. My only reason for moving on from Comet is due to relocation. Thank you Hayley and team!
TJ showed me the apartment and was great and Hayley was my landlord. I just moved out but my experience living in their rental was wonderful. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. Hayley is an amazing landlord who worked with me and who I am so grateful that I was able to have as a landlord while living in SLO. Highly recommend them as the place to rent from!
