Comet Realty was always a pleasure to work with for my stay in San Luis! I needed a place to stay in a pinch from a relocation, and within a day, Hayley was able to show me the place I’d eventually be staying in for a year. Interacting with the team was always pleasant and my rare maintenance needs were addressed very promptly. Overall it was an awesome time!

Painter by trade. We were there cleaning the buildings and decks for painting.
Horribly incompetent property management. In the 8 months Haley worked for us, she ignored our phone calls and messages for weeks at a time (3 occurrences), she had no idea when leases were ending and failed to advertise the property in time, she had zero sense of urgency and awareness of the Cal Poly semester starting dates considering our empty rental, and when she did advertise our high-end new remodeled units, she only listed them on Craigslist.
