Was a customer here for years. Took them that long to lose a shirt. Probably a normal thing to happen over the course of several hundred shirts being dropped off. It was an expensive one but no big deal. Figured I’d just get a receipt with the number of items I was dropping off and would actually start counting my shirts when I picked them up from now on. Nope. Apparently they can’t or won’t do that. Hard to say as the new employ there didn’t speak English. I’ll find a new place to take my hundreds of shirts.
I have been going to this place for about 10 years now. Lately I have had buttons broken and zippers broken. I talked to the owner about it today and trying to get them to replace the zipper they broke and he said they don't break zippers. They owner of the company doesn't care about his customers or if he has any. Do Not go to this place until you want broken buttons and zippers. The pants were brand new never worn once
They do a good job with a quick turnaround time. Not sure if there was a change in machinery lately or what but I've started to notice a lot of my shirt buttons having small chips broken out of them.
Comet Dry cleaners are sly and charge high prices compared to the other Coppell and Carrolton area cleaners. . Damage clothes, do not dryclean on premises , thus employee or owner do not take responsibility. Very Rude. Dry Clean City about half mile from Comet on Denton Tap rd ( Next to Sonic) are better and much cheaper cleaners. Perform cleaning on premises and give same day also.
