Been a customer since 2013, I’ve always taken all my clothes here lately the past few months they have the rudest lady in her pajamas and house shoes attending the business. Have been coming here for a year and today when I simply pointed a specific spot of dried dirt and possible mustard stain on a jacket I was told there’d be an extra charge. When I asked why I am being charged extra when I pay per piece to dry clean the whole garment, I was met with extremely condescending questions, attitude, and badgering about how I treat stains at home. I received a call from an extremely rude individual from this cleaners, asking me why did I call her shop and hang up on her employee? She didn’t give me a name. I asked who’s calling and she responded well how many people did you call today and hanged up on them? I was shocked!! I asked her again where was she calling me from as I called three different cleaner companies price shopping the cost of cleaning on a queen size bedspread.
