We love this location. Been coming for years and Mary is AMAZING friendly, informative, and so kind. Breath of fresh air! Give her a raise!
I’ve been coming to this cleaners for over 15yrs now. I’ve gotten along with everyone who has worked there but Mary by far is my favorite. She’s just an awesome person. Fun funny and just makes you feel welcome. As long as she’s there I’ll be there but if she ever leaves I’ll probably leave with her and I dislike change. She’s just that type of person so I’m willing.
Been a customer since 2013, I’ve always taken all my clothes here lately the past few months they have the rudest lady in her pajamas and house shoes attending the business. Not only that today I pulled through drive through she’s asking me if I’m gone get out and walk the stuff to her and I told her NO ,what’s the point of a drive through ?? Have been coming here for a year and today when I simply pointed a specific spot of dried dirt and possible mustard stain on a jacket I was told there’d be an extra charge. When I asked why I am being charged extra when I pay per piece to dry clean the whole garment, I was met with extremely condescending questions, attitude, and badgering about how I treat stains at home. I received a call from an extremely rude individual from this cleaners, asking me why did I call her shop and hang up on her employee? She didn’t give me a name. I asked who’s calling and she responded well how many people did you call today and hanged up on them? I was shocked!! I asked her again where was she calling me from as I called three different cleaner companies price shopping the cost of cleaning on a queen size bedspread.
