I have used this cleaner for over 15 years and have never had any issues. Recently, they ruined some brand new silk shirts and were extremely rude and did nothing to replace them. After so many years as a loyal customer, I cannot believe they would not remedy this issue. I will never go here again.

Daylight robbers overcharged crazily for 10lb of wash and dry, asked the price upfront which was not told and then gave a 42$ bill which is by far a ridiculous amount, trying to get rent for the shop from customers too, terrible service!!
They no longer remove the same stains they used to remove. Will not be going back.
