PROPERTY DAMAGE would leave no stars if I could. Besides the fact that they are insanely overpriced and extorting people, the owner is extremely rude. Anytime I call and he picks up, he hangs up on my face. Which is surprising because every time I go in, he is never there. Took a shirt to get PRESSED ONLY because I had already washed it. Great place. They do a great job since cleaning is done on-site
I have used this cleaner for over 15 years and have never had any issues. Recently, they ruined some brand new silk shirts and were extremely rude and did nothing to replace them. After so many years as a loyal customer, I cannot believe they would not remedy this issue. I will never go here again.
