Poor Customer Service Dropped of two saddle suits to have them cleaned, one came back with the hem ripped. Was not that way when brought in. Does not show on my ticket that it was brought in that way, but the card on the suit says it was. Guess who was right, the customer? NO. Customer is never right according to them. Do not take you cleaning to them.
Amazing service with a personal touch I have been coming to this cleaners for the last three years and have always been treated like royalty. The manager, John, is always willing to go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He always prides in giving customers personal attention. I would recommend this cleaners to everyone. John will make sure you are 100% satisfied.
Superior Customer Service and Professional Cleaning I have been taking all of my dry cleaning to this cleaners for nearly 4 years now. I recently moved to North Dallas and was unable to drive to Carrollton to drop off my clothes, so I tried several other cleaners around the Dallas area. I have to say, I came back to this cleaners, John and his wife run this business extremely well and will go above and beyond to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied with their cleaning.
Will lose your clothes and then blame you This place seems to have two mottos: "We will lose your clothes" and "the customer is always wrong". I am mad at myself for not walking away after the first time.
Excellent Service, Steep Prices Overall, they appear to be an excellent business. They were polite, did an excellent job cleaning, and were very fast. The only downside is the price. We had 3 pieces and it cost about $60...
5 Star Cleaners!!! I would honestly have to agree with all of the other reviews here. This Dry Cleaners is by far the best when it comes to providing superior customer service. The manager / owner knows each and every customer by name and makes you feel welcome as soon as you enter the door or drive up in the drive-thru.
I LOVE THIS CLEANERS! I love this Cleaners! The first time I went to pick up my merchandise, the owner, John, knew my name and went right to my order. Even though construction is going on on 2 sides of this business, it still gets a good rating - that says something! 5 stars!
Best overall value and amazing customer service!!! I've been to many cleaners in and around the Carrollton neighborhood but I must say this is by far the BEST cleaners. The staff knows exactly how to treat the customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere. The quality is superior and prices are extremely competitive....... I would rate this dry cleaners top on my list and you will too after you have tried them.
Never disappointed I have been using this cleaners for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. They have a drive up window which is so convenient also I drop off at 7 and pick up at 5 the same day.
