sir I have been to several cleaners and this one has done the best job for all my clothes. Be to several others who will not do this good of a job on all material.
Good Dry Cleaners! I have only used this cleaners twice. I have a usual cleaners in town, but decided to try out a different one. This cleaners has the nicest staff available and the quality of the dry cleaning is actually better than the cleaners that I have used for several years, so naturally I have recently switched. But the two times so far that I have used them they have been wonderful and the quality is wonderful and the store is always clean. PROS: Clean and Friendly CONS: None
Poor Customer Service Dropped of two saddle suits to have them cleaned, one came back with the hem ripped. Was not that way when brought in. Does not show on my ticket that it was brought in that way, but the card on the suit says it was. Guess who was right, the customer? NO. Customer is never right according to them. Do not take you cleaning to them.
Will lose your clothes and then blame you This place seems to have two mottos: "We will lose your clothes" and "the customer is always wrong". I am mad at myself for not walking away after the first time.
Comet Cleaners is noy very customer concience I took 2 cotton shirts to have starched and pressed. I picked up my shirts in plastic covers and when i got home i found the shirts had only been washed and not pressed. i returned and told the lady and she proceeded to tell me the ticket did not ask for creases in the sleeves nor would the starch hold in the shirts. I have been a long time customer of comet . The lady was very rude so in the future i will do business with another cleaners in Bastrop.........
Cleaners Set aside some gossip and rumors when you walk in you hear all about it, Its affordable and a great place for 1 day service. take your items before you go to work and you can pick them up when you get off work~ simple
Excellent Service I have been to several cleaners in the area, and this is the first place that I found with excellent service. I brought in my dress with a stain that I didn't think would come out. I was concerned being that this is my favorite dress... so I asked to speak to the manager. He took a look at it, and althought he couldn't promise it would come out. steve These people are VERY DISHONEST. They advertise coupons at $1.57 but DO NOT honor them. Instead, they say the sale price is $1.99. Then, when you do take the coupon in they ignore it and charge you $2.50 when you pick them up. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Shocked Put a hole in my shirt and cussed me out!! ...I have been to this cleaners a few times now and always been satisfied. However today changed my perception completely. I took back 2 shirts I had gotten cleaned there, one had a crease across the front and the manager said he would re-press it for me.
