Shocked Put a hole in my shirt and cussed me out!! ...I have been to this cleaners a few times now and always been satisfied. However today changed my perception completely. I took back 2 shirts I had gotten cleaned there, one had a crease across the front and the manager said he would re-press it for me. Amazing service with a personal touch I have been coming to this cleaners for the last three years and have always been treated like royalty. The manager, John, is always willing to go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He always prides in giving customers personal attention. I would recommend this cleaners to everyone. John will make sure you are 100% satisfied.

Superior Customer Service and Professional Cleaning I have been taking all of my dry cleaning to this cleaners for nearly 4 years now. I recently moved to North Dallas and was unable to drive to Carrollton to drop off my clothes, so I tried several other cleaners around the Dallas area. I have to say, I came back to this cleaners, John and his wife run this business extremely well and will go above and beyond to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied with their cleaning.

5 Star Cleaners!!! I would honestly have to agree with all of the other reviews here. This Dry Cleaners is by far the best when it comes to providing superior customer service. The manager / owner knows each and every customer by name and makes you feel welcome as soon as you enter the door or drive up in the drive-thru.

I LOVE THIS CLEANERS! I love this Cleaners! The first time I went to pick up my merchandise, the owner, John, knew my name and went right to my order. Even though construction is going on on 2 sides of this business, it still gets a good rating - that says something! 5 stars!

Best overall value and amazing customer service!!! I've been to many cleaners in and around the Carrollton neighborhood but I must say this is by far the BEST cleaners. The staff knows exactly how to treat the customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere. The quality is superior and prices are extremely competitive....... I would rate this dry cleaners top on my list and you will too after you have tried them.

Never disappointed I have been using this cleaners for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. They have a drive up window which is so convenient also I drop off at 7 and pick up at 5 the same day.

good choice I have been taking my clothes here ever since they opened. They really get to know their customers. They are friendly and helpful. I have never had to wait more than a minute for service. They have never ruined clothes like some other cleaners.
