I stayed at the UC Children's Hospital a year before it was revamped and renamed Comer. The staff was tremendous: caring, kind, and attentive to anything I needed. I was there for quite a while (two months?)! One might think that after such a long stay, I might want nothing to do with it, but I came back the summer after to volunteer in the children's playroom. I couldn't have stayed in a better place for the spirit than there, and I especially owe Dr. Schwab (RIP) my unending gratitude for being there for me during an uncer... read more
This place changed my life. Truly did anything and everything to make being in the hosptial less traumatic. Special kudos to the child life staff and volunteers along with my amazing GI team. Dr liu rest in peace
Child Life Center is the best! 9 yr and running, my children are always well cared here.
