Reached out to corporate for assistance with a billing problem, took me almost 2 weeks 10 email's 3 phone calls and a visit to an Xfinity store.... The whole company is just a winding road of customer obstacles...no way this Corp should do business all over a $40.00 credit... they were willing to have a $2600.00 yearly customer go elsewhere over the hoops I had to jump through...RIDICULOUS !!
Miserable experience. Spent 4+ hours simply switching addresses for an existing plan. I suspect this company is a front for keeping call centers in business. If it came down to having to deal with these clowns again or simply living without the internet, I’d happily embrace the nomad lifestyle. I look forward to this company’s downfall
