Miserable experience. Spent 4+ hours simply switching addresses for an existing plan. I suspect this company is a front for keeping call centers in business. If it came down to having to deal with these clowns again or simply living without the internet, I’d happily embrace the nomad lifestyle. I look forward to this company’s downfall
Company doesn't give a shit about gold customers. Only new customers are given the best deals and then jack the price. If Comcast didn't have a monopoly on my building I'd switch to Verizon asap!!!!!!!!
I signed up for Now/Xumo. Before signing up, I specifically asked if I would have local channels and the ability to arrange the guide in the order I wanted. I was told yes to both. After HOURS of dealing with reps on chat & on calls I was told neither option is available. I filed an FCC complaint and Rochelle from Xfinity called me. She was going to look into it and call me back. No callback. I called the corporate office and they had no record of anyone calling me. So they put in another ticket for someone to call me.
