Stayed for almost a year and it’s nice place to stay. The staff and maintenance were amazing. Erica, Rachel and Fayeth were always welcoming and ready to help.
This apartment was everything I needed. #1 I felt safe as a single girl living alone. I only saw two bugs in my appt within my 2 years living there. Every time I made a maintenance request my problem was fixed the next day! The office ladies are very helpful, easy to reach, and kind! Great experience. No parking issues at all! Never had a package issue. The only thing that sucks is not having in unit laundry. The gym and pool are kept nice! Loved walking around the lil oasis and seeing all the baby ducks!! We’ve had such a wonderful experience living here. The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are amazing, and everything is always clean and well taken care of. It truly feels like a place where the management team cares about the residents. I especially want to give a huge shout out to Erica in the management office. The Columns was my first apartment since moving out of my parents, and I think there are not many better apartments I could have chose. It has a large central private park and a free gym for residents, and internet is provided at no extra charge alongside your normal rent. It has undergone numerous renovations since I started living here, most of which have helped the complex feel more modern and increase access to the abundant third spaces. Great security and staff- always fixed any problems right away and gym was always clean and ready to use. Erica and Fayeth were particularly great to work with!
