I have lived here a year and have zero complaints. I have never lived in a place with super helpful staff. The maintenance people are very friendly and prompt. Great place to live.
A great place to live—fully gated community with a strong sense of security. Surrounded by nature, it offers a peaceful atmosphere with a beautiful walking trail. The lake is definitely my favorite part—it's incredibly serene and adds to the overall tranquility of the neighborhood.
I’ve lived in many different and seen a lot of apartments. From the columns website when you apply it would appear that you’re living in this huge luxury circle building with great amenities… That’s where you’re wrong. Chances are you’ll be living in their older building without warning till you sign. “The Viking Building”. It’s terrible. Everything is old, moldy, and paint is chipping everywhere. At first glance this place seemed like a great opportunity although the price is pretty steep for the square footage but other than that seemed pretty awesome… until we moved in. It should’ve been a red flag that no one ever asked or suggested that we take a tour of the property before signing our lease.
