The Columns at Oakwood has been a great place for my family. It is a peaceful place to live surrounded by beautiful trees. I often forget that I am only four minutes from Walmart and Starbucks. :) The staff are caring and genuine. They want to provide a comfortable place for their residents to live. Anytime I have asked for something to be repaired, it is fixed quickly. We are so blessed to live at the Columns of Oakwood.
The list of maintenance issues here would be long. Are they addressed...yes for the most part. When my A/C went out though it was almost 90 I had to wait almost 12 hours and sweat my way through a night. Now I have to always wear shoes. My apartment is INFESTED with ants. They have actually chewed a hole in the molding of my bathroom. Their "send Terminex" solution is a poor one. Twice in two days and no results.
Great Neighborhood, peaceful, and the housing manager is very nice.
