Please don't even consider renting here! Upon moving in, I had to clean the nasty place. I had to throw away a steam mop head because the laminate floors had never been cleaned. Lights didn't work in bathroom, bathtub had a huge crack in the bottom. The air filter had obviously never been changed.. When I reported these things, one was partially seen to- the crack in the bathtub. I say partially. The maintenance report shows that all was done- lies!
