RecommendedGreat service and staff! I'm a frequent "adjuster" customer, and no matter how many times I manage to bend my glasses, the staff is always willing to get my glasses back in shape! Dr. Hernacki is super knowledgeable and the frame selection is super!
I walked in today for the first time with a pair of glasses with a bent hinge that were not purchased from their store. The gentleman attended me as soon as I walked in, grabbed a tool, fixed the glasses in one minute and without charge. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you!
I had my first visit last week. It was an emergency visit. I had never been there and I was a new patient. They got me in right away, the staff was very courteous and compassionate. Thank you to all the staff at Columbus Optical for making me a priority and for the exceptional care that was given.
Anyone, anywhere, Do yourself a favor. If you need vision correction, this is the place to go. I have know these people since 1969 and trust the with my eyes. Think about that. My eyes are what I made my living with my whole life. I dont trust very many places or people with even the smallest thing in my life but I trust everyone at Columbus Opitical and always will. Love using Columbus Optical for my families eyewear and care. The turn around for new glasses has always been in less than a week...with most of the time being in just a couple of days! So much quicker than those that have to send orders out for completion. We have always been extremely satisfied with their services. Recommend to all our friends and family!
A great place to get great service. I no longer live in the area but continued to make the hour drive.
