Doctors are great and the offıce is very clean. It's in a convenient location as well. The office staff could be more friendly. I would have given 5 stars but had to give a mark down because of how the office staff at the front desk and who answer the phones can be most times. They need to be more friendly towards clients and have more patience and not try to rush their clients.
I am an optometrist wirh over forty years of experience. I would rate Columbus Ophthalmology as one of the best practices in Ohio. I am one of their patients so that is the highest endorsements that an eye care provider can make.
Doctors are very experienced and knowledgeable. Staffs are very accommodating with helping me during my cataract/laser surgery. Thank you, Dr. McHale for my renewed superhero vision! I've now got that sparkle back in my eyes!
I'm very happy with my experience at COA. Dr. Derick has provided excellent care and is always very receptive to my questions, taking the time to address each of my concerns. The staff is always professional and courteous.

Have taken my son here the last two years. The staff is very friendly and worked with us to get him in when I was available. We have never had a long wait and the doctor he has seen is wonderful. I recommend this practice to anyone young or old.
We absolutely love Columbus Ophthalmology and would never change to a different ophthalmologist. We have always had excellent care and the staff is always so friendly. I am always referring friends and family to them. We also love The Optical Shop. I recently purchased glasses from them but I had to have them shipped to Florida and I got them in a week and a half and they fit perfectly! Columbus Ophthalmology is absolutely the best!
