I honestly cannot stop talking how much Dr. Kraft has helped me! I had no idea the physical problems I was causing myself. Thanks to Dr. Kraft, I'm much more aware of my body movements and I'm using the tools he gave me to prevent future issues. Highly recommend!!
Last week I met Dr. Kraft working at the Columbus Half Marathon expo. He worked on my super tight calf muscle cramp using the Active Release Technique. Because he knows exactly what he is doing, he released my cramp that I had for three days. I ran a pain free 13.1 miles and beat my course record by over 12 minutes. If I lived in Columbus, I'd be a patient there. Thank you for being awesome!
