I came to CCRC a couple months ago after visiting two other doctors about my runner's knee. Dr Caine examined my knee and looked at the biomechanics of my running on the first visit. Over the course of two months, he has since given me exercises to strengthen my hips and core and changed the cadence and gait of my running. Not only has my knee pain disappeared but I have become a better runner overall. It's not just about fixing the problem but looking at the underlying cause so that it doesn't recur. Highly recommend!
