Words can not express the care and concern that was shown to us, in our flooring purchase. We ordered flooring for our entire home due to a house fire and it was an overwhelming process with third party inspectors, depreciation, budgets etc. The patience, options and above & beyond efforts made to ensure we were MORE than satisfied, are unprecedented in this era of customer service. We are extremely grateful and impressed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
I have to say I will never buy from your company ever in my life. I moved into a new house December 29th 2015 and with in a month my carpet looked like it was 5 years old. You guys sent out an independent analyst who determined my carpet was fine. It is not fine and I can't believe I will have to buy brand new carpet in a home I owned less then a year. I understand it is builder grade carp but Jesus this carpet can't hold up more then a year. I understand you have all these stipulations to disqualify people. Thank you so muc... read more
