Rent was very high for nothing special. Appliances are all extremely outdated, the elevator hasn't worked in over 2 years, the halls are dingy, disgusting, and are rarely cleaned. The people that work in the office are very two faced and do not care about any one that lives there. I would not recommend unless this is a last resort.
I get the impression that management does not care about their tenants. Rent keeps going up and amenities keep going down. I would not recommend this place to live to anyone. positives are the location walking distance from grocery store and I like the apartment layout. So if you can handle the headache of bad management then by all means check it out. 3/14/13
Management staff is stupid, petty, evil, lazy, vindictive, mean and nasty. Avoid this garbage dump at all costs!
