I can't thank the staff enough for their kind and professional way they treated my dog, Gus. They were also extremely patient with me when I called often to check on him. After 32 hours of receiving excellent love and care, Gus is coming home. �
This weekend, my beloved cat suddenly couldn't walk, and was acting very strange. I called and they told me to bring her in right away. Yes, the wait was long, but that is to be expected on a Sunday night when there is no one else opened. When they were finally able to explain to me what was going on with my cat, it was bad news. I got lucky, we were there only 2 and a half hours. The staff was great, the price lower than what I expected to pay for an emergency visit. Cool in side and dog friendly.
Amazing staff, they made sure my Roxy was comfortable, and gave our family time to say goodbye. Very very understanding, they even took us out the back sense we were all very emotional.
Very attentive staff from front desk to the back help. They know how to make you feel at ease and give you reassurance. Super smart Vet and triad. The moment we were greeted at the door, I knew right away that my pet family is in good care with all these professionals. I highly recommend this place.
When we took our big dog in we had no idea he was sick as he was. The staff and veterinarians were so gentle and compassionate with our dog and our family. They quickly gave our dog the attention and medication needed to make him comfortable. They explained our options and gave us the time we needed to decide what to do. Sadly we chose to euthanize him instead of prolonging his suffering. Their compassion and expertise made this painful process so much easier for our dog and family. I can't praise or thank them enough.
CRVS are the greatest. We've had 2 pets we had to put to sleep in the last several yrs, they are so gentle & caring. Our Bailey has been in ICU 4 days & they've kept in touch with us twice a day, even tho we visit am & pm. I highly recommend them!!
