The staff at CRVS are absolutely wonderful! I couldn’t ask for more caring, kind people to help care for our animal friends. A day ago, our cat, Boo, did not appear that he was going to make it until midnight...but the amazing vets and techs were able to save his life. He’s still there recovering, but we’re very hopeful that he will continue to get better and come home soon and we are more than grateful that CRVS exists in our community! Such lovely people!

This place is amazing! The people were so nice and friendly. They didn't make me and my mom feel like we were ridiculous for bringing our dog in for a "possible " skin issue like the vet we stopped at before here. Super friendly and understanding of our dogs needs. So compassionate and thorough! The receptionist even helped me figure out the fancy coffee machine without hesitation :). They called to check up on him and see how he is doing. Thank you so much CRV!

Great vet care on a very busy night. The staff was very caring and was able to diagnose my dog with vestibular disease fairly quickly which put our minds at ease that he wasn’t having a stroke. They provided medicine and home care instructions and seemed genuinely concerned and very reassuring. Thank you all.

The customer service at CRVS is outstanding. I have never been treated with such kindness and compassion. They took excellent care of my dog. Dr. Stepaniuk even took the time to call me after the surgery letting me know how everything went. Most places it's the tech or reception that calls, if they even call at all. I was very impressed. At time of discharge they spent extra time to answer all my questions and gave me a detailed printout of my dogs visit including pictures of before and after the surgery. My pit had knee surgery elsewhere that ended up getting terribly infected. I took him in to CRVS in the middle of the night to see if they could help. Dr. Bachalez and everyone at CRVS took such good care of my dog as if he was their own. The nurses that cared for him while in the ICU were so great even when i called in the middle of the night just to check in on him. They are all fantastic, I highly recommend CRVS.

7 days ago today my dog was attacked and this was the first vet I took him to they told me he wouldn’t walk and real life tried to have me put him down me and My friend Jayde Moore sat in a room for a few hours while they told me 2000 or 350 to kill him were my only 2 options yet 7 days later swelling has gone down and my dog is able to full on walk run and jump although he walks a little funny the fact is he walks after they told me he wouldn’t and real life tried to kill my dog it’s fucked up and all because I didn’t have ... read more

Can't say enough about this place. Recommended to me by my vet at my request for a 2nd opinion. Best advice I received. Professional, caring and honest. My dog needed surgery and Dr. B was wonderful. Dog is recovering well and they have been nothing but caring and helpful.

We needed to take our little Miss. Dinky in on Sunday evening & our regular Vet was closed. They were truly wonderful with us! Very attentive and informative! The front desk Lady was very kind & shared with me what to expect. The Vet tech was also patient & kept me updated as to when the Vet would be seeing us. The wait was very comfortable. It is important to remember that it is an ER Vet Clinic. The Vet was thorough and sent us home with meds & a printed plan. Kudos to the talented staff at Columbia River Vet Clinic!!
