Our Chihuahua started feeling unwell on Sunday afternoon and we took her to CRVS on Monday. The vet was so intent on her own diagnosis that should wouldn't even listen to us. She tried really hard to sell us testing for pancreatitis, when the dog presented with none of the symptoms. Would never return to this place. $600 to have the vet say that if she didn't get better, we'd need to see a specialist. Where were we anyway????
I love this clinic, this is where my cat received the best care from a specialist & now my pug. The people that work there are amazing!
Although it took a few hours to bee seen and pricey. They at least were able to give my dog something for his pain while we waited. And they didn't do anything that wasn't necessary.
They are the specialist, they knew what to do, their staff was amazing in my time of need for my pet, that couldn't be saved, their compassion and heart for anyone that comes in with any problem they were all hears to listen and understand, I am so glad they are here for all our pet needs 24/7, Thank You
I took Jake to them, in an emergency situation as it appeared he was dying. Sadly he passed before I got to CRVS. They were kind, caring, compassionate, and respectful in taking us in right away. (I had called ahead for help, the gurney was by the door.) They were very busy, but never hurried me, or made me feel I was taking their time. I am grateful for the kind, compassionate care in thus difficult time. THANK YOU!
We had to say goodbye unexpectantly to our dear cat. The level of compassion and professionalism we experienced was like no other. Everyone there was so caring and helped us make the decision to say goodbye. They made a very bad day more bearable. Thank you to Maddie, Dr. Skover, and everyone who helped us last night.
Took our kitty here last night because she ingested something toxic. From the time we walked in they immediately helped us and took our girl back. Everyone from the front office ladies, assistants, and dr were all soo nice and caring. Everything was clearly explained to us and they even let us go back and say goodnight to our kitty since she had to stay overnight.
