Great place to live. Management is nice but also firm close to all the shopping areas. Altruistic Hospital across the street with parks and bike trails.
Loud, alcoholics up All night long. Police visits daily. Ambulances daily. Terrible place small also.
If you enjoy the cool breeze coming through your walls, methheads, extreme sleep deprivation, this is the place for you.
CONSTRUCTION GOING ON FOR SEVERAL MONTHS NOW - MAKING EXTREME NOISE FROM 6 AM UNTIL SOMETIMES LATE AT NIGHT - HUGE CRANES DRIVING AROUND, ETC. DO NOT MOVE HERE OR ANYWHERE NEARBY - THIS IS A DISASTER AREA WITH TOO MUCH NOISE TO LIVE BY.
