The company will be reported to the FCC as well as the BBB. Their practices are illegal and they will have to speak for it. It just takes one person to finally take them to court. AN i might be the one who does. If they have absolute no documentation verifying a debt, they are not legally able to collect on it. They cannot put it on your credit, garnish wages, or harass you if they cannot prove in a court of law that the debt is valid.
If you need a debt collected, you need to call them! They don't mess around! Proven results over all the other companies I've dealt with!
I rented a apartment complex in Lynnwood from Thrive Communities for almost two years. I left 30 days before my lease was up due to the company not fixing repairs that I documentted and photographed. The company has called me and refuses to send me out a bill saying "they don't have to". When I explain I have photos and documents to prove I don't owe for that.
