My wife went to Dr Malone for 14 years. She was hospitalized for psychosis and he just dropped her without notice. I believe prisma health to him to drop her as a patient. She was having ECT done and they were helping her then all of a sudden the discontinued doing the saying she no longer qualified for it. They kicked her out of Baptist hospital in worst shape then she was when she entered. First online apt was very uncomfortable with Dr. Hammond and nothing discussed about Current medications. Apt was very rushed with just answering questions and was was told 3 times next apt was only 10 minutes.
Beware of Penny Loya. Service desk ladies were very helpful and nice, but Penny Loya was 20 mins late to calling me back for my appointment, having to be reminded I was there. I tried to talk to her about why I wanted a therapist (she gave me maybe 10 mins) and she immediately diagnosed me with anxiety and depression. Saw me for less than 15 mins and prescribed me a med that nearly sent me to the hospital from vicious side affects after only one dose. She told me there were NO side affects to the prescribed med.
