If I could give zero stars, I would. I hired Columbia Management to protect and manage my rental property, and my experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. When the tenants moved out, they left the property in terrible condition. The fence was gone, there were holes in the walls, electrical damage, and the house was left so dirty and full of abandoned belongings that it was unliveable. We had a really great experience with Columbia Property Management. Our experience was pretty simple: pay your rent on time, be respectful of your neighbours, communicate when needed, and there were never any issues. Zara is fantastic — she's a no-nonsense landlord who treats people fairly and with respect, and expects the same in return.
