I have been with Columbia since 2015. When I had to move in 2021, I went from one Columbia property to another and it was seamless.
In 2024 went to Columbia Property Management (CPM) Ltd to find a tenant for a rental I own which I considered a niche market. I wanted one very specific tenant and was not willing to settle for anything less. I was assigned Zara Adolph-Tobias as my property manager. Zara was upfront, ethical and honest with me. The team at Columbia Management has been handling properites for me for many years. They are professional and provide very good advice, guidance and feedback. I want to personally acknowledge Zara Adolph, who handles my accounts. Zara is very knowledgeable and a whiz at trouble shooting and dealing with tenant issues as they arise.
