Absolute terrible customer service. I will never deal with this company again. Vicki was very unprofessional & rude. She was very condescending to me, swearing under her breath and overall no regard for common courtesy. Vicki you should really consider changing careers and getting into anything that does not deal with the general public. I am sorry that my life hardships are an inconvenience to you at your place of work.
Very unprofessional service, the people working are not trained, professional, and have serious lack of decency and knowledge of customer service. Their service is more bureaucratic rather than user friendly for renters. To their management team, please invest and train how to efficiently manage and communicate with new tenants.
