We had a really great experience with Columbia Property Management. Our experience was pretty simple: pay your rent on time, be respectful of your neighbours, communicate when needed, and there were never any issues. Zara is fantastic — she's a no-nonsense landlord who treats people fairly and with respect, and expects the same in return. I wrote a review and was contacted by Columbia Property Management the following morning. Zaraa was more than accommodating and allayed my concerns. Sometimes human error has to be factored into the equation I am now renting with Columbia and look forward to my tenancy
