It is almost impossible to get ahold of them. I have had issue after issue since I moved in and none of them have been resolved. There are huge wires that drape down in the backyard that were here before that they have not fixed, half inch holes between the floor and the wall (that has caused bug issues), glass in the yard that was here before I moved in that they said would be taken care of and hasn’t been and a huge water leak that happened right above an outlet that could have caused an electrical fire that needs to be ta... read more
Horrible company to rent from. We tried to get out of a lease and moved out 3 months early and they didn't even try to rent it out. We payed for 3 extra months while that house just sat there.
This is the worst company I have ever rented from. Theyare extremely slow to answer work orders and it has taken over 13 months to fix the sewer issue. I will be notifying DHEC about the raw sewage. Also there is a washing machine and dryer when I moved in, now that is broken they're saying they're not liable to repair it because it was not technically in my lease.# Better Business Bureau #DHEC
