Wow...what a surprise, I bought a VStar Custom! I really wasn't in the market for a motorcycle. My husband bought one from Scott Marter and I ended up wanting my own! (His was too big, VStar 1100). Real professional staff at the Fernanadina store made it sooo easy and they were so pleasant and helpful making sure we purchased the right size bikes for our needs! You guys will definately have some of my family and friends shopping there, really soon, I predict!

I recently purchased a Kawasaki 610 4x4 Mule at Columbia Powersports on Two Notch Rd. The whole process from beginning to end was extremely smooth with no hidden surprises. My salesman, Bruce, was very helpful in demonstrating the product as well as patient while I took my time in deciding when to purchase. In may I was traveling thru Columbia on a bike. I had a flat tire on interstate 77. Being from Florida and not knowing a soul in Columbia, I was unsure of where to go for help. Someone suggested col. Pwsports. I called, they came right over and picked up me and my bike . The service department wheeled me right in. They replaced my bike tire quickly, professionally and got me back on the road. I would recommend Columbia Powersports for any motorcycle service needs.

I was very pleased with the service I recieved on my recent purchase of an ATV. The staff (and my sales associate, Shaw), was very friendly and quite knowledgeable when it came to answering any questions I had, no matter how simple they may have been (since I didn't know a great deal about ATVs). Being a female who had only limited knowledge about 4 Wheelers, I did not feel in any way that I was being taken advantage of during my decision making. Very knowledgeable sales staff and very customer focused management. The Two Notch Road facility went way beyond the call of duty due to a miscommunication on my part. They proved they are the dealer that understands customer service. I will be back to purchase again from Columbia Powersports.

I could have bought local but I drove to Columbia to purchase a 125 Grizzly for one reason, and that reason was the excellent sales service from Wayne. He made it seamless and easy. My local dealers should have this man. Store was small but easy to find.
