I purchased my motorcycle through this company and have been extremely pleased. Every time I walk in to the sales floor or the service department I am greeted and helped immediately. I pay attention to these details because I am a General Manager of a retail store and know the importance of customer service. This entire team is excellent and I will be purchasing my next bike through them as well.
I live over 1,000 miles away in Ottawa Ontario Canada yet I've had my last three service needs on two different bikes performed by Columbia Powersports. Yes, I was in the area. I went into the Two Notch Rd shop looking for a Yamaha and Ronnie met me and advised me that the model that I was interested in was not in stock. He turned my attention to the Suzuki C50T and I am sure glad he did. This is my second Suzuki, had a Savage 650 about 10 years ago and loved it. Now I am in love with this bike. Rides really good and Linda in finance was great with regard to getting me the financing that I wanted for the price. Good Job!"
