I purchased a Can Am Spyder in February of this year and it was one of the best experiences I have had with a dealership. The staff was great, they answered all of my questions and ensured that my needs were met. Both Linda and Kollin were the best. Again great staff. I highly recommend that you seek them out when you visit the store.

I purchased a Yamaha C3 scooter, not from Columbia Power Sports. I tried to save some money by going to Orangeburg. I ended up spending about the same after all was said and done. They would not provide me with a tag. I went to CPS and was able to get a tag very easily. I was treated as if I had purchased the scooter at CPS. A few days ago we stopped at the dealership on Two Notch and talked with Bruce. We were looking to buy two bikes. We checked with some other local dealers and their service was a zero compared with the service we received from your store. Honda could not touch your prices, and we waited for about 30 min and not one person talked with us. We did end up buying a 2007 GSX-R 600 and 2007 R6. I first went to another motorcycle store and I was really turned off to that dealership by the way I was treated. I did research on the unit that I wanted and the "salesmanager" treated me like I was just another female wasting his time. I went to Fernandina and had A1 service off the bat. Steve Kelley is a wonderful salesperson, very helpful and did not treat me like I didnt know what I was talking about. The whole staff was wonderful and professional.

Last year when I decided to buy my jet ski I delt with Steve and Wayne and they treated me like no one else i have ever delt with I can promise you the next time I get ready to buy a jetski or any type of powersport that I will buy it from here and i will be sure to recommend you to all my family and friends.

When my mother and I came to get a cruiser for her we dealt with Steve. He was one of the best salespersons I have ever met. He didn't treat my mom like she was stupid. He seriously helped her and made her feel like a normal person buying a bike. She loves her cruiser... Now I am considering a 4 wheeler and he has helped me narrow down what I am going to get. I wish more places had a salesperson like Steve!!

Although I have not received my new bike yet, overall, I am very pleased with the dealership and staff. Bruce and Wayne are very knowledgeable and great guys! They gave me a great deal a new 2007 Boulevard S40 by Suzuki. My only suggestion would be to offer a discount on accessories purchased at the time of sale, as other dealers do.
