Not sure about that other reviewer but my experience so far has been far superior to most other apartments I've had before. Rob was awesome to deal with and very responsive and very clearly cares about the buildings he manages. The building and its grounds are well kept, he maintains a rotating book/item swap between his buildings, and he took great care during our move-in to ensure we had everything we needed. The building manager never picks up calls or returns calls. It's always the answering service picking up the phone and saying they will send an email to the building manager. How does one find a place to rent with such poor service? My stress levels went up 20% because of no service at all.
