I truly enjoy working for Columbia Hospitality! I have been with Salish for 4 years and have zero desire to leave the company!
While the people who take care of customers are fabulous, the people who take care of the employees... DON’T! I cannot condone the poor treatment of employees, and so I can’t recommend them as a company.
