Margaret was wonderful when we were searching for a home for our son. She showed us many homes and negotiated for our favorite. Then 18 months later when we needed to sell that same home we called her again! We developed a plan, did minimal staging, put a sign in the yard on Tuesday, with the listing, had a showing on Friday afternoon, and an offer on Friday evening...things like this don't happen for us! Margaret went above and beyond to ensure we got the one house we fell in love with! She really kept me sane during a chaotic time! Because this was a second home purchase for me the process was lengthy but Margaret was there every step of the way. Highly recommend and I will use Margaret again in the future.
