I had a great experience working with multiple teams from Columbia Heating. The project involved installing a new furnace, and tuning it to work properly. From the start, Jamal was very pleasant to work with. He provided professional advice on different brands and models and patiently answered all my questions. I had Columbia replace my failing furnace/AC with a new furnace/AC. They are very professional. Working with the estimator Jamal was wonderful. He gave me lots of options and an excellent price. The installers Parker and Juan did a fabulous job. I’m very pleased.
Jamal gave a quote two years ago as our nearly fifty year old furnace might need replacement and I wanted to be educated about the available options. Two years later the furnace gave up, Jamal had all the info so we quickly made a decision, received a firm quote and within a reasonable amount of time had the crew out to install. Does not honor prices listed on Home Depot website. I called Saturday and made an appt for Monday and was told they would honor the special just to get a call Monday that they won’t and the price is 3x the amount quoted on Home Depot site. They say that offer is “expired” but it still is up.
Jamal came out and did an awesome job of guiding us through the buying process. He went above and beyond to help us gather the information about tax credits, energy trust incentives, etc. to meet our needs. Would highly recommend. We got bids from a few other companies, and Columbia was by far the most competitive and most helpful. Also the installation was done in one day and they did a clean job and made sure to cover their tracks when they left. Definitely include these guys in your grouping of bids!
