Everyone from the reception staff to Dr. Luthra was friendly, efficient, and professional. I see Dr. Luthra regularly and always appreciate his careful care of my eyes, and I continue to be impressed by how sparkly clean and orderly the office is.
$60 fee for a late cancellation is insane
I cannot speak high enough of Dr. Luthra. Back in the fall of 2024 I attended a doctor's appointment for what I thought was pink eye but turned out to be an ulcer. They immediately started calling ophthalmologist in the area to get me in. Dr. Luthra said he could see me within the next hour. Dr. Luthra helped heal my ulcer over the next year and at several points saw me daily. He helped calm my nerves in an intense time and provided great medical advice. Worst service ever experienced! I am a veteran and they treated me like trash! Incompetent front staff. Liar doctor who acted like he didn’t know the VA was paying him. Reported him to the VA. Never again
