Same day booking last night for this hotel and it was exceptional. My friend and I adored both ladies that checked us in, the view was amazing, price point fantastic too! Clean cozy and easily accessible. Would definitely stay again or recommend a friend! Come visit me at Mint Beauty PNW!

**eta- yes the tracks are 200ft down, in a gorge. You didnt mention that at all. I am a light sleeper and would have chosen differently. You put up a view that was hard to fully enjoy with the trains. Also, its an expensive spring mattress. They still transfer movement It was nice but did not find it as peaceful as others have stated. Look at the map, the Union pacific railroad runs right below that beautiful river view. The view was beautiful, even at 12am when the 4th train rolled through and woke me yet again. I might go 4.5 stars, my only issue was that for the price, USB ports need to be in every room. Pretty frustrating that they have a circa early 2000s alarm clock on the nightstand with the Apple charger from the same era.

The view was beautiful, even at 12am when the 4th train rolled through and woke me yet again. Between the trains and the old spring mattress, neither of us managed much sleep.
