We had a visit to check on some dark spots that had appeared on two of our young daughter’s teeth. We saw a different hygienist and dentist than she’s ever seen before. I shared that she has some dentist anxiety (we used to go to a different practice when she was younger). They were both so wonderful with her, meeting her right where she was. I was grateful for their patience, playfulness, and all they did to help her feel comfortable.
Our daughter had her first appointment at 2 years old and the staff were very friendly and professional. I'm a nervous wreck so my husband went back with our daughter and they walk him through every single step. Our daughter had a great time and that's all I cared about. The staff were super friendly and adored our kid. I can't thank them enough for making our daughter feel so welcomed and important. Your professionalism shined so bright! Thank you everyone! Our entire appointment went so well for my 5 year old child. The entire staff was friendly and took the extra time to make sure my child was comfortable. The dentist took the time to discuss our options so that an educated decision could be made. So happy I found this dental office.
