Had a very good experience here with the staff and Dr. Dover. They take time to listen and give helpful and informative feedback. Fabulous toys too
We love Dr Dover and her staff. Everyone is so nice and help make our children feel so comfortable while in the hands of their professional and knowledgeable team.
We drive from Lexington and have always found it to be worth the drive. The office is always clean and the staff are happy, helpful and have always been a pleasure. The only complaint is “The Treasure Box” needs better toys (this from a 10 yr old) 🤪
We had the best experience with Dr. John and his dental assistant today. My daughter is 2 and was in for her first ever visit to the dentist. The waiting area was catered towards young children, and all the staff members were very friendly. The dental assistant brought us back to a calming room that is designated for first visits for young children. The entire visit was play centered, calm, and encouraging. It was better than I ever expected!
The very first visit at this office was amazing. The staff and Dr. Is always friendly, helpful and informative. The office setting is kid friendly and neat.
My child has some pretty severe anxiety when it comes to doctors offices but Dr. John and our hygienist, Ms. Crystal, have made that a thing of the past. They are so good with children and take their time to explain what they are doing before they do it. We were able to get some long overdue dental work done due to their calming bedside manner. The facilities are clean and beautiful. The front desk staff is very organized, efficient and friendly. Our family cannot say enough good things about Columbia Children’s Dentistry.
Very friendly. Great atmosphere. My 4 year old daughter loved going, and wasn't apprehensive at all throughout any of the procedures. One small piece of feedback for the staff: please don't assume the girls want dolls or ponies for their "prize"! But overall an excellent experience. Highly recommend.

My grandson loved his visit with Dr. John. The atmosphere placed him in a comfortable setting. Good job!
