First and last visit. Paid for Gold package. The inside of my car doesn't look like it was touched. Floor mats still have mud stains. Back seat still has my granddaught's feet on it. Dust on the doors. Poor service!!!
I didn’t bother to watch the car go through the whole wash, but caught it through the last window. There was a guy sitting in the passenger side of the car playing on his phone. I’m guessing he needed a break from work and decided my car was a good place to take it!? Nothing seems to be missing from my car, but that was way out of line! Will never go back! Took my car there this morning and when it came out the wash the driver side mirror was broke! This is a 2017 Challenger with not a scratch on it!! Showed the manager and she says go get an est and we'll take care of it! So go get est and bring it back and she says I'm not paying for that and says you cant prove we broke it! So called the cops to get a report and she has one of her employees lie to the cops and say the car was there last week and it was already broke! Funny thing is I had proof in the car... read more
