I paid $30 and trash was left all over my car! Looks like it was half way vacuumed, a drink was spilt in my back seat and when I tried to contact someone I couldn’t get a reply for a refund. I do not recommend you take your car here. They have at least 5 people cleaning your car and cannot even get all the trash out. This is very unacceptable.
I paid for their most expensive wash. Before I drove away I had to ask for a rag to finish wiping down the dashboard. When I got home I had to get my hand vac and finish vacuuming in the hatchback. Also, front carpet mat was new that day. A big muddy footprint was left on new passenger side.
They do not even try to do a good job. I wish they had some competition and maybe they’d put more effort into the job they get paid to do. Every time I reluctantly try again, I end up leaving pissed. I just wish they’d do better. They act like it’s a race when there’s only two cars there. I never leave negative reviews, but I went yesterday, so I’m still annoyed as hell lol. Do better so I can leave a good review!
I try to support local businesses but this one will not get my business again!!! This was my first time there and my last. When I went there was only one car being washed so obviously not busy. I bought the basic which is almost $20 with tax plus they ask "do you want to leave a tip? prior to your vehicle even being completed. i did anyways to be nice. TOTAL WASTE OF MY $$ MYy white vehicle looks dirty still in sveral places not all of the windows are clean and even thought they hand wiped them still a few of them look pitif... read more
Do not go here!!! I stopped to get car cleaned. The man asked what I wanted. I told him I wanted everything cleaned. He told me that was their number 4. I paid $30 left car. Came back picked up car. The doors ,floor mats gear shift area and between doors and panel still dirty. I pointed this out and was told they don’t do floor mats and doors. That doesn’t explain the rest. Paid $27 for a car wash and windows are still nasty. Will not go back again!
I got the #4, spent almost $30, and they did not vacuum my front passenger seat or the carpet in the back seat (2nd row). I called and they said if I brought it back today they’d redo it. Well, I work, have kids, and live 20 minutes away. I don’t have time to bring it back today. How about offering a free car wash in the future instead? This isn’t the first time they’ve done a bad job. The other times it looked ok, not great. But today’s job looked awful! A 5-year old could’ve done a better job. I won’t be back.
